Unfortunately, this is not much to go on. At this point, I can only suggest the most obvious things, in that the teeth grinding suggests the development of a gastric ulcer, and the unilateral protrusion of the already enlarged abdomen hist strongly of an enlarged spleen (which can go hand in hand with the chronic inflammation that often is associated with ulcers.

(unfortauntely, a visti to this vet is in order (but putting her down is certainly not.)
