Age alone is not a disqualifying condition for surgery. If he is
adrenal, the hair loss is not the worst part of his condition. His
prostate can swell and block his uretha so he can't pee. That can be
fatal real quick. If his vet says he is not a surgery canditate, you can
give him 4 ml of 4 month depot of Lupron. Check
