I've been feeding my dogs, cats and sometimes ferrets a raw natural diet for
almost two years without incident. Mostly chicken, turkey, fish and
occassionally beef. Their digestive systems are so much shorter that in
healthy animals it's not an issue (it can be troublesome in an immune
compromised system).
The ferrets are in transition, soon will be eating nothing but a raw diet.
