I was wondering whether there is any conversion formula to convert mmol/l
into mg/dl and vice versa? My vets did a blood glucose test and their meter
is set to mmol/l and I wanted to convert it to mg/dl. Mason's 5 hour
fasting blood glucose was 1.9 mmol/l...
