Uncomplicated ulcers may be treated with carafate and a bland diet alone - the combination of amoxi and biaxin is a treatment for Helicobacter.
Has there been any discussion of exploratory or endoscopy and biopsy of the intestine - it seems like we are really past the point that empiric use of antibiotics will clear up the problem, and a definitive diagnosis would be in order...
