There is a distinct difference with megaeosphogeous projectile.
The accurate way to descirbe it is regurgitation the food never really gets
digested.
Vomitting is something that will usually only occur with a blockage,
partial blockage or severe infection ( we have had a severe bladder
infection prompt recurring vomitting).
But the vomitous specimens are fully digested where the megaeosphogeous
specimens are usually barely if any digested.
