It doesn't sound like a seizure. More like what I'd call a hypoglycemic episode. Instead of being totally out of it like with a seizure, they may just appear to be dazed, or hypersalivating (which looks foamy), stumbling, dizzy appearance, etc.

Can you clarify how much pred she's getting? Is it 3.0 cc's or 0.3 cc's? How much pred is actually in the liquid? It should be listed as so many mg per ml. If you get it in a bottle that your vet has filled and it doesn't say, you need to ask. Just stating the liquid amount doesn't tell how much pred she's getting.
