Hi Mike
Thank you so much! :-) My Mason is booked in for next Monday for surgery,
I didn't know he had low sugars until last Friday... Then it finally dawned
on me that his symptoms *could* be low blood glucose... All he did was
twitch a lot, he was quiet and he showed what I thought was neurological
symptoms, he couldn't sort his legs out properly, like his brain and legs
weren't communicating properly... Only Friday and Saturday did he stare
into space and I thought he could possibly have a low sugar... But even
when the vets read this 34mg/dl blood glucose he didn't show severe signs of
hypoglycaemia (even though he did crash before we got to the vets and was
sort of lifeless but by the time we got to the vets he'd recovered)... He
is on Enacard for a heart problem that he we found he didn't have after all
but when I tried to wean him off he just didn't do well so we left him on
it... Could that interfere with insulinoma and blood glucose levels?
Possibly mask symptoms?
