Ulrike, what type of heart problem? It's terribly rare but in a
vanishingly small number of cases in ferrets low blood sugar can
trigger heart block. If it's that there is info and an incredibly
useful resource in the Files section of the FHL

Even if it is a different heart problem your vets may find the
cardiac experts mentioned in that file a useful resource for
consultation. (Don't know so am know throwing it out there in case
it helps you.)
