Each one of these is separately repeated each year and that serves
the function of being a booster.
Do remember the precautions used in case of an anaphylactic allergic
reaction: Benedryl from either you or vet beforehand (Ask your vet
for the vet's preferred method.), shots done in separate
appointments, and waiting a decent time -- say 45 minutes or so -- at
the vet's after the vaccinations, to be safe.
