Yeah, it was tested and approved by the U.S.D.A. on ferrets. That would
be the Imrab-3 which is the only approved rabies vaccine for ferrets.

It is where I live. State law requires that ferrets be vaccinated just
like dogs and cats. It's true that the incidence of rabies in ferrets is
vanishingly rare, but having can save your ferrets life if he happens to
bite or scratch someone.
