Please help me suggest to my vet which direction to go next.
Biopsy for cutaneous lymphoma and blood tests sent out - waiting for the results.
Piglet
9 year old female

symptoms:
fur loss past 1 year
hives NOT ADRENAL TYPE PATCHES and SCALES last 6-9 mos.
hives are level with skin - 20-30 of them from neck to along back. Tail raw - back feet raw and licked.
NON - itchy rash.
Rash dries up and flakes off with benedryl
new hives always form
hives are red not risen above the skin
Toe nails continue to grow and are fine
Swollen feet unswelled with the antibiotic.
We understand we are dealing with adrenal but the vet says she has never seen this type of cutaneous reaction. She feels it is not adrenal related.
Food allergy suspected.
Stuffy nose
Upset belly before food was changed
hives seemed worse with TF previous food.
Detergent, liter all possible topical allergens eliminated or changed. Please help. She tested for Cutaneous Lymphoma but really wasn't sure which direction to go and it doesn't seem to fit in with cutaneous lymphoma from the posts I have read.
Pigs and I thank anyone who could push us in the right direction.
