Before signing up for health insurance you may want to read the past posts on this in the easily searched FHL archives:

Those will let you see the circumstances under which claims have been rejected or under which claims have been approved. We'd consider it for a kit with no health problems, but not for an older ferret who might have claims disqualified for a year (years?) if Steve and I hadn't already gone the savings route for our ferrets.
