Now that Dodger has recovered from his surgery and we know that he IS insulinomic, it IS the right adrenal gland and it IS a hepatic biliary cystadenoma, I have several questions.

1.What could have caused the slow movement of the barium through his stomach (2 hours and it was only half-way through, not even near the duodenum)?
2. Should I be concerned about the bloating and stomach distension since we did not find a blockage?
3. Should we go back in and remove the cystadenoma or wait?

He is now 2 weeks out of the surgery and 3 weeks post a Lupron injection (2 mg). The Lupron was administered as he was considered too high-risk for surgery. He is doing great and is very healthy, on .5mg pred bid.

Suggestions appreciated.
