Zoe is two weeks post adrenal surgery and all 6 of her lymphnodes are swoll=
en (they didnt get anything with the adrenal sx though...thinks its too ear=
ly to see anything...zoe is only 2)Zoes lymphocytes were elevated on the cb=
c that they did b4 the surgery..but dr associated that with stress from her=
itching all the time... we did a needle aspirat yesterday and all they wer=
e able to get was fat cells...however...all 6 of zoes lymphnodes are swolle=
n and when she had her surgery the dr looked at them and they were normal..=
.now they are not...drs pretty sure we are dealing with lymphoma...the dr r=
an me an estimate for chemo and it was going to be like $89 a week!!! so t=
here is no way that i could go this route...i am going to redo the cbc on m=
onday...dr thinks that the lymphocytes will prob be skyrocketed now...is th=
is normal for her lymphnodes to swell this much this fast...they were fine =
two weeks ago...and im pretty sure just a few days ago...is there ANYTHING =
else that this could be? is there ANYTHING else that I can do for her to h=
elp her or heal her or anything...im going to go the prednisone route i gue=
ss....but all that does is prolong her life...it wont get rid of the lympho=
ma...is it okay for her to be taking melatonin while she also might have th=
is? took zoe's temp..it was normal...so we dont think that her nodes are e=
nlarged from her being sick...PLEASE HELP SOMEONE....I DONT KNOW ANYTHING A=
BOUT THIS....WHAT TO EXPECT..WHAT I CAN OR SHOULD DO...NOTHING :-(
