Here is an answer that I got from a ferret rescue shelter in CNY

The only vet I use for my ferrets is Dr. Edwards,
in Brockport. He and his staff are wonderful!! His number is 585-637-6190.
Mary and Pat pretty much have the expertise in ferrets.
