Hi,

Blood sugar does vary. In all three of my ferts who had insulinoma
surgery blood sugar remained abnormally high for a week or so and then
settled down in the normal range. It also seems to take a week to ten
days for the little weasels to feel well again. If it's only been two
days I'd give it time.

If in doubt you can always have your vet look at her. It's probably
worth it for piece of mind.

All the best,
