I don't know what you consider huge, but I've seen 'em as big as a grape. Here's a link to a page on my site showing Delilah and her very swollen vulva as a result of adrenal disease.

By the way, Delilah had adrenal surgery shortly after those photos were taken and grew back a beautiful coat and her vulva returned to normal.
I'll bet you're dealing with adrenal disease even though the glands externally appear normal.
