I can only numbly echo the feelings of Sukie and express my sadness at Chris' passing. While some of us knew that his health was failing over the last year, the announcement still leaves me with shock and disbelief.
His presence has been missed over the last several months on the FHL, and now will be missed (and mourned) forever. Through the FHL, Chris touched the life of each and every one of us, some more than others, but all of us are better for having felt his influence, and hopefully for some, his friendship.
We will miss him greatly, but hopefully we can try to live up to his example, and further his legacy.
