Just wanted to keep everyone posted- you are all so wonderful. Keisha, my =
baby girl, is doing better. It looks like it was more of a case of dehydra=
tion and stress induced inflammatory bowel disorder. She is on a special h=
and fed diet and they gave her SubQ fluids under her skin. He checked for =
obstruction- didn't appear to be any-she hasn't thrown up and has had loose=
bowel movements. He also checked her bones and felt there was no trauma t=
here. So, I am feeding every 4 hours and so far she is getting better. =
And her two little guy ferreft friends have been caring for her as well. t=
hey moved the water dish so that it was right next to the sleeping cubby. =
I will keep you posted but it appears she will be ok. =

Thank you all and it is a great legacy to the founder of this site-he would=
be so proud. Peace~ Kris

er if it is correlated in any way to this.

I thought it was shut all the way) and got into my sons room. They normall=
y come to my calling for them, but onmly the two males did. She did not. =
I couldn't find her for almost 24 hours! I was frantic- I thought she had =
managed to get stuck somewhere or worse. Finally I lifted one of his pants=
off the floor to throw in the laundry and there she was...She looked the s=
ame but my feeling was somethings wrong. I dont know exactly why, but I ju=
st felt it. I put her into her cage with her friends and I checked on her =
the next morning-she looked sick- like not all alert and perky like normal.=
When she walks her back end seems overly skinny (she's always been small =
to begin with) and not very strong. She's not eating-I've been giving her=
Ferretvite from my finger and trying to give her water from my finger but =
she doesn't drink it. All this just in a day! =

she possibly get into something that could have poisoned her? I have ferr=
et proofed very well, but my son is 17 and who knows what he has laying aro=
und in his messy room.

hand feeding for awhile. My vet knows enough about them to give primary c=
are but not when it comes to them being ill. I don't know of special ferre=
t vets in the area... I live in Coon Rapids, MN. Please advise. =
