There were some technical problems. You'll want to know that

He thought that a similar approach may also make food smell more
interesting to your ferret.

My own note: If this food is used long term actually, you'll need a
source of other nutrients than are found in meats (which are very
incomplete) so will want to read the posts about nutrition, Bob
Church's Gravy, etc., and will want to consider adding some
Ferretone, Nutrical, or other nutrient supplement. Sorry, but I
can't recall off-hand how long term this is or if you are also using
kibble, or what the reason for the ground food is, and I have to rush
to do something right now.
