Subject: Preventing Diarhea due to antibiotics

Recently our three ferrets were diagnosed to an allergy to the dust coming from corn farms. It seems that the dust from the cutting down and pulverising of the stalks has made them cough and sneeze, leading to secondary upper respiratory infections.
Our back up vet perscribed antibiotics (Enrofloxacin) for the upper respiratory infections. I'd like to prevent any diarhea that the antibiotic might cause, as I'd hate to have dehydration on top of everything else. Any suggestions?
