I am not a vet- and I can only give suggestions based on things that I have
experienced at the shelter...
I'm thinking its possible that the cancer has/had spread to the digestive
tract and that you may indeed have a blockage - from the cancer. The symptoms
that you describe are very familiar to me and do seem to match those of a
blockage..I had an older girl that was posthumously diagnosed with pyloric
cancer - emergency surgery was performed because we thought she had a foreign
body..and was euthanized on the table.
I don't think that the cream is causing it - its high in fat with almost no
lactose (which is generally what upsets most ferrets stomachs).
I hope very badly that I am wrong.
