I need some advice/counsel. Calvin is 5 years old, hooded sable, MF boy. =
I lost his bonded mate Suzy last year to metastasized lymphosarcoma, it was=
in sheets in her body. We didn't even know she had it till it was rock ha=
rd and pressing on her spine, causing hind leg paralysis.

Under his front legs he feels more 'fat', or loose skinned lately, and to=
night I felt what I believe to be a fatty lump/tumor. It's not hard, it mo=
ves, isn't quite rounded. I've had dogs that developed these and they were=
nothing. I'll probably have the vet aspirate this and see, but has anyon=
e else had a ferret that's gotten this right under a front leg? It's not a=
ffecting him at all, he's running and playing, the whole bit. I did notice=
, though, after Suzy left he became just slightly more aggressive. Is that=
normal? Others that I've had that have lost a bonded mate haven't done th=
is-they've bonded with another in their group.
