If I saw something in the stool that looked like poorly digested Foamy Fries to me, I wouldn't rule out the possibility that it might just be Foamy Fries. Humans, too, can have trouble digesting things that are normally quite digestible. You might try Sukie's suggestion of cutting the fries into smaller chunks. If it were me, I'd be careful about not letting him have very much. If you still see partially undigested chunks in your ferret's stool, you might want to consider getting a checkup for a potential digestive disorder and stop feeding the ferret that treat.
