It surprised me to hear the shots hurt these little ones. My boyfriend and I have given lupron at home to our girls for 2 years. They never even wince. We just give them a treat while administering the shot and they are fine... We also warm the shot up in our hands before giving it. Do my ferrets just have more patience and a higher tolerance for needle pokes?
