There has been some discussion on another list about distemper, and whether or not to vaccinate ferrets against distemper.
Now, I fo one, am not about to stop vaccinating my ferrets against canine distemper. But, someone that does not believe in it claims her vet told her that there are multiple strains of distemper, and the vaccination is only effective against one of them.
Is this true?
