With some few elderly (not just older) ferrets Lupron doesn't work.
Eight and a half could qualify. We've been there, too. Then
alternative meds are sometimes tried. Ovaban, perhaps? Can't recall
which meds offhand, but the topic has come up.
Lupron by itself is not enough when there is prostate enlargement,
but there IS a compilation that has the info you need, including
added meds. You can find it in the FHL Files Section (vault) at
