It is not unusual to have to adjust medication dosages with insulinoma.

I am not sure is Progycem works as a topical med and would go to oral.

We have had one who could not have all of a pancreatic growth removed due to the location, and I know that someone else today mentioned a similar situation, those in neither case was it an adherence to the intestine. (We have encountered adhereence, though, and currently have amale with his stomach adhered to his liver.)
