spleen removal takes out alot of blood volume--so they tend to wake up
longer than if it a routine adrenal surgery--likely the right adrenal
is still functioning and was not reomved all the way--which is hard to
do--freezing the mass helps--the straining to urinate is likely and
enlarged prostate or infection--get urine sample to your vet and
consider and injection of lupron or try propecia to shrink down
prostate--i didnt catch the sex of your ferret on your email--if it is a
female still check urine for signs of infection--
good luck
