The black dots are part of what is known as "rat tail". It is caused by the pores being blocked and causing black heads. You need to wash the tail every day with Johnson and Johnsons Clean and Clear Face Wash (for teenagers) for about 2 weeks. You should see a marked improvement by then. In ours I think it is caused by something they eat but I am not completely sure.
