The amount of water is not as important as getting 1/8th of the pill in at each time. HOwever, there is a bettter solution - your vet can write you a prescription to be filled at your localpharmacy for a very palatable liquid formulation....that way you don't have to mix it up yourself, and can spend more time dispensing TLC...
