Hi, Jen, and everyone else,
When a ferret has an illness requiring surgery (including adrenal) our
vet postpones the vaccinations until after the disease is treated and
the ferret is fully recovered. In other words, in your case he'd do
adrenal surgery and when the ferret is fully healed and the symptoms are
gone only then would he vaccinate.
