(Complete A/V Heart Node Block)

In case the Pred contributes to the ascites with A/V Heart Node Block
as it does with cardiomyopathy the Pred dose is being weaned down and
the diazoxide is going up. The compounding pharmacy is going to try
for a higher concentration if they can manage it because the volume
is large for her diazoxide. (Thanks, Sandra!)
There is room to move up with her Furosemide, but we have found a 3X
per day dose that is holding her to a pretty constant level now.
Her Enacard is being given daily instead of every two days now and it
helps offset the lethargy. If memory serves -- it may not -- from
something Shelley taught us (Thanks, Shelley!) Diazoxide also has an
effect of blood vessel dilation so that will be an extra boost.
Sevie has a lot of blood pooling (but luckily has not thrown any
thromboses) and blood backing up now.
The 20th with mark Sev-wever's 4th month completed with good quality
of life and no pain despite the severity of her condition. She is
playing again, but not as actively as before the ascites began, and
her play level was also decreased by the on-set of this condition,
but before it she was dragging around about a half dozen toys 70% of
her weight for long distances after climbing to get them so she was
athletic.
