I have no personal experience with breeding deaf ferrets, but there was a breeder on the West Coast a few years ago the openly admited she was breeding deaf ferrets, in an attempt to get pandas and blazes. I have no personal knowledge of her sucess vs failure rate, but she did produce some litters from her deaf jills, as they were advertised on the FML. She is no longer breeding or even keeping ferrets, though, so I don't know how you could contact her for more information.
