Generally, if she is doing well, the incision is dry, not red, and well closed and scabbed, and she is active and eating, you can put her back in 4-5 days. If an incision is well closed, they have a pretty good seal and can take normal wear and tear. (Just not major abuse by other ferrets.)

However, she still has to be supervised - not a throw 'em in and forget 'em deal.
