Hi Marc Kramer, DVM,
I have been using Melatonin for a few years to check or mask the aggression=

and the excess hormone production. The ideal dosage is 1 mg of Melatonin
administered 8 hours after sunrise. I am lucky enough to be available at 2
PM so that is when they get their meds but I have heard good results in a
few cases when the dosage is just given daily but no set time. I realize it=

is not a cure but it does tend to buy some time in order to save a few
pennies for the operation. You can use it in conjunction with Lupron with n=
o
ill effects and i highly recommend it when you need some time or the tumor
is inoperable. I have some more data at www.sjferret.com/melatonin.htm =

Cheryl & Steve plus all our little guys so check our business of ferrets at=

www.sjferret.com or our business at www.tamart.com

Can someone elaborate on the use of melatonin in adrenal cases? This produc=
t
is not widely used at this point and I haven't seen anything written up
about it.
