I don't think anyone can tell you how much adrenal surgery will cost. It varies from vet to vet and area of the country. I know some that had it done for $150 whereas I've heard some quoted as much as $1200.
The real question should be, how experienced is the vet at this type of surgery and what kind of care is the ferret going to get during and after surgery. I hate to bring up that old cliche, but you often get what you pay for.
One person I know that went to the "$150" vet had her ferret severly burned from being left unattended on uncontrolled heating pad. That wasn't worth any amount of money she saved by getting the cheap surgery.
