You didn't mention if Fox was started on any PRED., even though nothing was seen on the pancreas, perhaps he has tumors that are invisible to the naked eye and is experiencing the effects of them lowering his blood sugar. Was he given antibiotics to combat the infection?
Since he is 'circling' could it be an ear infection, or does it appear more like seizures? It maybe more than just one thing going on, as you mentioned the lympth nodes being infected, what reason did the vet give for this condition?---Angela.
