Fox was given baytril for 10 days following the surgery. Initially, this all
started with a stomach virus causing stools to be loose and watery. She
hasn't experienced the stools like that since a few days after surgery. She
wasn't started on Predisone, ever, as her sugar bounced right up. We aren't
sure about the lymph nodes, felt it was form the stomach problem, but they
were right next to the pancreas. The vet called them a word I can not for
the life of me remember. Chronic something. I will ask tomorrow. Her
circling passed after nutri cal and 20 cc of food. In fat, she ran to the
laundry, grabbed her favorite snuggly, and took it back to her drawer. I
was attempting to wash.

> Hello Gail,
> You didn't mention if Fox was started on any PRED., even though
nothing was seen on the pancreas, perhaps he has tumors that are invisible
to the naked eye and is experiencing the effects of them lowering his blood
sugar. Was he given antibiotics to combat the infection?
> Since he is 'circling' could it be an ear infection, or does it appear
more like seizures? It maybe more than just one thing going on, as you
mentioned the lympth nodes being infected, what reason did the vet give for
this condition?---Angela.
