Subject: Blockage

I have a question about blockage, my ferret has not been eating as much as
he usually does and his stool has decreased in size in the last two weeks or
so. I was wondering if these are signs of intestinal blockage or not. I
caught Spencer chewing on some towels and shirts that are in his cage, and
there are pieces chewed off the material. This has been going on since we
got a new ferret in the house hold. Could he just be depressed or bored or
something else. What are some other signs of blockage that I can look for.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
