Hey all,
Just a quick heads-up that Smartgroups will be down for several hours
soon. Their message to group managers is below; so far, this is all we
know.
Note the downtime announced is Tues, Nov 12, midnight-6am GMT. Thus, if I
am doing this correctly, for me on the east coast of the US, that would
translate to 7pm - 1am EST, starting tonight. I only mention it because I
read quickly over the announcement the first time and missed the "GMT"
part (bet our international readers wouldn't have made that mistake!).
Hopefully this upgrade will go well, and messages will just be held for
this period if they are e-mailed. However, whenever there is work being
done, there is a chance for things to take longer than anticipated or for
bugs to creep in. So, let's keep our collective fingers crossed.
