When you say biopsy, what exactly do you mean? Was it a fine needle aspirate
of the liver, or was an actual piece of the liver removed surgically? That
can make a huge difference in what a pathologist can tell you.
Personally, from her bloodwork alone (ignoring the size of the liver, which
of course we can't do), I'm more concerned about her kidneys, although
certainly a circulation problem can cause the kidney enzymes to increase, as
can a number of other things. Her white blood cells are elevated, which can
mean infection, lymphoma, or other things. I would want a complete
ultrasound of her abdomen as well as her heart before making any diagnoses, I
think, but from what you're saying, I would be concerned about lymphoma, just
as your vet is.
