Hi all,
There is a chance of a vaccine reaction to the distemper
vaccine and a lower chance to the rabies vaccine. The newer
Merial Purevax distemper vaccine appears to have the lowest
reaction rate of the 3 distemper vaccines. Quite simply put, we
should not be using fervac-d vaccine anymore!
Imrab-3 is the only rabies vaccine currently available, so there
is no choice. Fortunately I have not seen any severe reactions to
just the rabies vaccine yet.
