My niece's friend has a 2 year old female whose lower abdomen suddenly enlarged on both sides. She was taken to a vet who took x-rays and the vet believes there are two tumors in her addomen. Blood work was done and the results are as follows:

alk phos 235
total protlen 8.2
goobulin 5.7
glucose 48
calcuim 13.5
hct 36.9
lymphocytes 50
monocytes 6
wbc and rbc morphology appears normal
absolute eutrophil 22.96
absolute lynphocyte 2800
absolute monocyte 336
absolute eosinophils 168
glucose may be depressed due to incomplete separation of serum from cells and serum separater tube
eosinophil 3

The vet doesn't treat ferrets (the ferret's owner works for him) and he is advising her to do nothing and let the ferret die. My niece asked that I post the blood results to see if ferret knowledgeable vets would have a different opinion.

The ferret doesn't want to eat, so the owner has been feeding her fruit as that's all she'll eat. I passed on ferret soup info.

Any help would be appreciated.
