I'm not a vet, but...
His blood glucose is still low. Assuming this is pediapred and not
concentrated at a higher level, the dosage of pred you list is still
pretty low. You may want to talk to your vet about increasing it to get
Odo's blood glucose up to a normal level (80 or more).
If that doesn't work you want to consider surgery if he is otherwise our
my vet would want to try and control the insulinoma with pred first and
hopefully avoid the surgery, but when that doesn't work he does what he
has to do.
