I think it's pretty obvious that doing nothing is not an option. Time to find a ferret knowledgeable vet. I don't know about all the blood values, but the glucose level is extremely low. No wonder the ferret isn't eating.
I hope she follows your suggestion on the duck soup. A fruit only diet is not helping matters any! The ferret needs a high protein, meat based diet, not fruit or vegetables.
