I get liquid Melatonin at GNC and it contains no alcohol. Here's the ingredients listed on my bottle:

purified water, fructose, propylene glycol, natural cherry and vanilla flavors, citric acid, sodium benzoate.

That's it. Oh, Melatonin of course. At 2.5 mg per ml, it provides a small, 0.5 ml dose that they actually seem to find tasty, probably due to the fructose and flavorings.

If you live in the U.S., you should be able to find a GNC near you.
