Hi -

I have 9 ferts and live in CA. I wanted to respond to Mike's post. Ferrets are ILLEGAL in CA. You cannot possess a neutered male, a spayed female or a ferret in any form. Licenses are not available. If caught, the fine is $1,000 + jail time. But the worst part - your ferret will be confiscated and deported with or without your help. Since this is a health list - for more CA information go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/calferret and ferretnews@aol.com. Or you can email me direct. I live 50 miles south of SF.
