With a ferret this young, why not surgery? Unless the ECE is a major
problem, and if there are no other health concerns, take them out! The
spleen will cause more problems in the future and adrenal doesn't go away
without surgery. Shots will add up in the next 3-5 years (or hopefully more)

Hello

I have a fairly healthy 3 and a half yr old girl that has that is in the
early stages of adrenal. She did have a pretty sever case of ECE, that
still comes back to haunt her. And she had also been diagnosed with an
enlarged spleen, which does not seem to cause her any issues. Knowing it is
enlarged because you
can see it through her skin at times, she is an Albino
